Great tent for moto-camping

Used the 2P during a 3 week Moto Adventure. It packs down fairly small, small enough to fit in my side pannier. The 1P would be smaller, but the 2P allows for room to change and store gear. The awning/raincover can also extend out from both sides to stash wet or muddy gear like boots.
One of the best features, and this could be a common thing now, as I haven't purchased a tent for ten years, but there's doors on both sized. This makes positioning or just getting in/out much easier, especially if used with two people.
Setup is easy with only two poles. The only stakes that are actually required are if you want to prop out the rain cover over the doors. I did this a few times, but otherwise just let it drape down. The tent can stand on it's own when assembled, which makes moving it a breeze.
The only thing I would change is adding more vents in the rain cover. If you know it's going to be dry, then simply go without it, but with the cover on, it did seem a little stuffy, especially if I didn't pin down the door openings.
It lasted three weeks on and off a bike, so durability seems decent enough. Great value overall, especially when compared to specialty tents costing 3-4x more. It's not the lightest or smallest, but if you have the capacity it's worth it.

Good tent for one person

I have used this tent a few times and found it light, well built and quick/easy setup and take down. It can stand alone and once erected can be picked up and moved if needed. The stakes are small but with them and the guy ropes included it secures easily especially when your gear is inside. I believe this was to be used as a two-person tent but to me that means one person and gear. I would have preferred the bottom to be a bit tougher and will use a barrier underneath but that will just be insurance from damage on rough terrain. I like the doors on either sided and there is a lot of ventilation area. So far, I am very satisfied. The only reason I didn't give this item 5 stars was I have yet to use it in the rain and didn't want to mislead although I have confidence in the protection it affords.
Pretty good overall.

I like the light weight, overall size, and ease of set up with this tent. I purchased a 3 person tent, knowing I would bring a kid with me and I wanted room to put gear inside. A queen size mattress fits, but a full size gives some space. I am short, so the height was not an issue, I could sit on a small camp chair inside when there was rain. I would not think this tent is great for 3 people, unless all you did was sleep like a mummy. It was easy to set up. I liked the adjustable corner buckle clips that hold the rain-fly. The vent triangle did not provide a ton of ventilation when the rein-fly is on, but it did provide some, and the 2 doors do help. Suggestions for improvement include using a more sturdy zipper. The zipper was a HUGE disappointment. Flimsy. Second suggestion would be to use c-clips to attach the rain-fly to the tent poles. The current rain-fly setup uses little string ties that are awkward to tie because you have to reach underneath the fly. I ended up with a knot. Grrr. A c-clip would be easier. I did find some for purchase, and they are a simple fix, requiring only that I tie them on. Now I can just clip the rain-fly instead of trying to get underneath, between the fly and the tent. All in all, not a bad tent for the price. I will use it for spring, summer, and fall camping but not likely for winter. [Oh, and I did get a bigger storage bag. Really, can anyone actually fold these things back up as small as the bag they came in?]
Cheap durable tent

I took my 2 person tent out about 3 miles in a swampy area to do some hunting for a few days. I'm 6ft and about 265. There was enough room for me, my sleeping pad, rifle, and about pounds worth of gear.
It thunderstormed one night for about 5 hours straight. Winds were about 20 miles an hour and temperature was around 35 degrees. There were several severe warnings that night. After all the rain it leaked less than about a half a cup of water through one of the vents.
I stayed dry and warm through the whole night. Considering price this tent is 100 percent worth getting. I would recommend spraying the seals especially around at the vents with waterproof spray.
