I am continuously using cranberry for urinary track infections. doctors couldn't figure out the cause and this supplement is good for me. I am used to Solgar brand and this one says 30 000 mg but that is equivalent for cranberries. The actual amount is 600 mg for two pills. Solgar had 800 mg for two pills but comes with 60 capsules bottle, this one is 150 capsules. Taking 3 capsules would give 900 mg > 800 and still you have 50 servings while with solgar you have 30 servings. To summarize, I am pleased with the product and its value for the money. I recommend it.
