Compostable boxes are perfect if you are making meals for the homeless because most of these probably end up on the city streets I highly recommend. You should wait for food to cool down though before you pack them as they can get a little soft, but still durable.

I ordered these because of the great reviews about size for lunchbox cakes. After ordering, I'm a little disappointed. They are very sturdy and work great, but they aren't as tall as I imagined. If you're ordering these for cakes, note that you can only fit a single layer 5" round. The cake I did here, didn't fit. It was a double layer 5"
