I appretiated the diverse amount of excercises categorized by group. It was helpful instruction introducing new workouts to my routine. 2 suggestions would be to have muscle groups impacted depicted on the pictures instead of onside the frame. Additionally, Since the product has two sides, hanging tabs would be invaluable. l'd have paid a few bucks extra bucks. I ended up taping it to a table and folding over when I want to see the other side.

My wife and I like to keep ourselves in decent shape (though we're not fanatics or "gym rats") but I can't always find the ideas I need to get a well-rounded workout in a convenient place. I didn't want to mess with shuffling through books or following videos and, after a little head-scratching, I recently came up with the inspiration to find diagrammed wall charts and make functional "framed art" to hang on the wall in the extra bedroom where we have a small exercise area.

As a mature man, intent on avoiding unnecessary equipment and injury, my preferred exercise styles are exclusively bodyweight, dumbells, and stretching. I have found that those, added to push-ups, pull-ups, and indoor cycling provide a nearly ideal level of whole-body fitness without ever having to leave the house and it's relatively inexpensive to pull it all together. Approached sensibly, it's almost impossible to injure yourself, too, which is very important.

Finally having these posters available for inspiration and guidance through their suggested routines will easily enable me to raise my fitness level to heights I have never previously achieved. I glued my posters onto hardboard panels and will be putting attractive frames on them next. They take up ZERO space in the spare room while offering tremendous benefit to anyone who cares to use them.

My poster set also came with basic Yoga postures which we will also use but for general fitness, I plan to mainly use the three posters mentioned above. With a set of dumbbells, a little space, and a basic incline/decline/sit-up/step-up bench, you can actually build a tremendously healthy physique (and life!) around just these 3 posters. Add some walking, a bike, and a chin-up bar and you're really on your way!

Idea for parents: Why not start them young? Hang a set in each of your children's rooms. Highly recommend to fitness aspirants of any age.
