I HIGHLY recommend the ring sling. It was between this and the Moby wrap. The Moby wrap is a bit confusing to me and I have a hard time getting my baby to stay comfortably without it being too tight. This wrap though, is so easy to get on and my baby stays snug and tight without being too tight. I LOVE this sling.

I don't typically review products but this one is worth the review. I love baby wearing but I live in a very hot and humid climate and wraps tend to get to hot on these muggy days.
This product is easy to use and im plus sized so I was worried it might be too small but it fits my 15lb 14w old just fine and with room to grow.
My back does get slightly less support than it does with a wrap but it's still very much doable and keeps my baby comfortable.

Update #2: I like it! It took some time for me to get the hang of the ring sling but I think I've mostly got it now. My 3 month old is snoozing away in the sling as I type. It took me longer to figure out because I had some confusion about which way the pocket should face at the beginning vs the end. I wish that was more clear in the instructions because that would really have helped newbie me figure out how to properly thread it. But overall, the product seems to be good quality. The fabric feels sturdy but not too heavy. I also think the company has good customer service. I still need to fine tune my skills with it but I think I'll get good use out of it.
Update #1: Mebien contacted me directly, in a very timely manner, and sent me a new one that looks great. It seems to look and feel like good quality. They also assured me that the original one I received was safe to use and that the imperfection is just an aesthetic problem instead of structural. Will update again once I wash it and try it. Updating my review to 3 stars for great customer service and Good appearance of the product.

I didn't even open the ring sling all of the way after receiving it and I saw an imperfection in the fabric right off the bat. Maybe it's not a big deal but I did read the instruction manual and it said to carefully inspect for damage as it can cause some problems in the safety of the sling. I added pictures but I am returning it and I don't think I want another one. I'm pretty disappointed because this one has good reviews but was more affordable than other ring slings. On a separate note, I'm also annoyed that I have to go into a store to return this for free when I've been avoiding any unnecessary exposures with a newborn at home during this pandemic. Anyways, it may be a good product but mine seems faulty.

I've been baby wearing for years and confidently know my way around a ring sling. This sling is perfect. It's strong and the perfect blend of material to allow for breathing and sweat absorption. The rails glide very smoothly through the rings for adjustment for being brand new, I was pleasantly surprised. It's also a way prettier gray than I had anticipated! I have used this with my 18lb 3 month old so far and will also be using it for my 3 year old who is about 30lbs. If you are new to baby wearing with a ring sling the company also provides a QR code you can scan on the manual that will take you to a YouTube tutorial. (Pretty handy!) All around this is a great sling so far and I'm really happy with my purchase. The only thing negative I can say is it comes with a smell but even so"¦you should always wash anything for baby before using so it didn't even matter that there was initially a smell. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

I've been reading lots and lots of reviews and watched many videos to convince myself that I don't really need one of these because this type is so expensive. I came across this one and the price wasn't too bad and it didn't seem too cheap like some others on here so I got it on sale on prime day and LOVE it! Got it for baby who hasn't arrived yet but tried it with my 27lb toddler and it feels really safe and supportive. Nice material, easy to adjust. This is my very first ring sling and I got the hang of it after a few tries"¦ read reviews saying its a learning curve (one reason I refused to get an expensive one) all in all GET IT!
UPDATE: Baby's arrived.. we love this one for naps, we use the momtory for walks and hippie joey for outings.. we also have the solly wrap"¦ used it once
