These bulbs replaced Wolff Velocity which didn't last as long as I thought they should. I had a bit of a base so I started at 11 minutes and increased by a couple minutes each day. I didn't get anything noticeable until about 18 minutes so I've settled in at 20 minutes. I recommend starting slow as we are all different.
