I really enjoy the Sacred 7 mushroom powder during my morning time. I looked through a LOT of the mushroom powder products before settling on Sacred 7. It has all the best mushrooms I wanted (some others only have certain ones), and it was at a reasonable price. I was worried about the size of the product (I bought the 2oz), but the serving size makes this last me almost 2 months. When I first got it, I tried it a few different ways to see if I could actually notice a difference in how it made me feel. I tried it alone and with a little cacao powder in hot water"”that was good. And I tried it in my coffee. That's my favorite method. It mixes well (there will be a very small trail of powdered residue on my mug when I take that last drink), but it does not change or affect the taste of my coffee.
I do see a difference in how alert I am in the mornings (even when I didn't get much sleep) and the energy I have through lunch. I can also feel it when I miss having it one morning. I'm a teacher, so the energy and clarity of mind are my favorite aspects. *Tip: if you really want to see and feel a marked difference, double the serving size!

I was inundated with adds for Ryze Mushroom Coffee recently and after researching the ingredients and cost, I decided to buy this product instead. Sacred7 contains all the the best mushrooms and 100% fruiting body, which means you're paying for and ingesting ONLY the best part of the mushroom, not the root system or the substrate the mushrooms are grown in.
AND this product is much cheaper than the fad mushroom drinks that abound theses days. I bought the 8oz container, use the recommended 1/2 tsp a day, and have barely noticed any gone out of the container in the last two weeks. This container will last me months! I add 1/2 tsp to my morning coffee and I actually prefer the taste over plain coffee! It adds a depth of flavor, without changing the taste much at all.
I don't have any proof other than my own feelings, but I truly do feel more energized and clear headed since beginning Sacred7. At the very least, I have to be doing some sort of good for my body by adding in these mushrooms that have been used for health and healing for centuries. So here's my honest review, first I love this with my coffee knowing it's organic and the rest was "sacred". It gives me the immediately effect that need to go to the bathroom which I need it lol. I feel more energy throughout the day. I was trying not to drink coffee before because of the side effects that I had but since I heard about mushroom I would say I don't have those side effects now. Also I add this mushroom powder to a decaf with my fav half n half and it taste so good and satisfying that I still enjoy now having coffee knowing you'll get all the benefits from mushroom.

I did a lot of research before investing in any of these mushroom supplements and also grow my own 🄠and many of these products are not authentic and are selling you ground up undigested substrate the mycelium was feeding off and mycelium THIS IS NOT A MUSHROOM and the vast majority of these products are doing this and hardly giving you any mushrooms but not SACRED 7. They are selling you the fruiting bodies aka the mushroom itself which is exactly where all the magic happens. Inside the mushroom is where all the beneficial chemical compounds are created they are natures chemical factories. Also Sacred 7 offers you 2 additional mushroom species while most of its competitors only offer 5 which is huge in and of itself. Then theres the price, if you plan on enhancing your life with mushrooms regularly it can get expensive pretty quick, SACRED 7 is way more affordable and give you a lot more mushrooms for your money compared to the competition and youre getting ACTUAL MUSHROOM FRUITING BODIES, not a bunch of filler material. This has a very earthy mushroom smell and taste. I blend a half a teaspoon in my small cup of coffee each morning. I'm a twin momma to toddler boy's. I feel like this has helped me in many ways.
