Bought a 10L Barrel and had a leaking problem. Called Red Head and they not only helped me with my leaking problem but they went above and beyond and sent me a new barrel when we were unable to resolve the problem with the first barrel. Dealt with amazing people through the whole ordeal. Still waiting for my whiskey to finish aging but I have tasted it and it is well on its way thanks to this Charred Oak Barrel from Red Head!! Will definitely buy more barrels.

I normally don't leave reviews, however I felt it was an order for my experience with Red Head Barrels.

My personalized barrel came well packaged, in great condition, with everything listed. The craftsmanship was better than I had expected, and the engraving was flawless. After following the instructions, the barrel only seeped liquid for a day (as noted to be expected during curing process) and has since been leak free (no need for wax). So far, so good. I also ordered a cleaning kit, which arrived missing a few items. I contacted them about the issue via email, after 8pm on a Friday night. I was surprised when I received a response in less than a hour! They apologized for the error and said that the items would be in the mail the following day. I also inquired about a replacement bung, which they promptly sent out as well, free of charge. All exchanges were friendly and professional, and my replacement items arrived a few days later.

Overall, I would recommend, and would buy again (probably will!). Well made product, and a company that stands behind it with great customer service!
