The coil bolts should be precisely tightened to 50 inch pound. 5. pls snap the fuel rail back into place with hands then tighten the bolts

I have a 25-year-old Mercury Grand Marquis. It is my ice cream/Sundy go to meeting car. Anyway, it had a misfire due to a bad coil. Decided to replace all the coils with these. They work and the car runs great. Only two small complaints about the design. One, the pins are smaller than the OEM coils, don't know it that make a difference. Two, there is no detent or catch for the connector to latch onto. They fit snug though. It wasn't a problem on other 4.6L engines I've used them on. I'll update if there are issues. I don't expect any.
