I've had this burner now for three weeks and can definitely say it's worth the money. Never had an issue with it and it felt like a reliable piece of equipment to have for our trips. I might even buy a second one just in case something happens. One thing I will say is make sure you buy the right gas. I've found that the JetBoil canisters work best. Not sure why but they just do. Coleman had issues where it would shoot huge flames up at first and wouldn't burn right for the first few seconds. However at the end of the day this is a great burner and if I were you I'd definitely pickup one or two of them.

First off for the money it is amazing. I am writing this review after buying it in July 2022. So over a year with no issues! Till this past week it randomly just wouldn't work. I believe the valve went faulty as it wasn't letting any fuel through. For $11 hands down if you are just getting into backpacking I recommend as a starter stove. Once you know for sure you like backpacking there are stoves out there that are way better BUT they all cost 8-10 times as much. Enjoy! Happy meals!

We have used this stove on multiple camping trips, including a 2 night backpacking trip. It is light weight, compact, and fits inside our cook kit neatly (microdualist) inside the case. Just make sure you have it set up on an even surface, as it becomes pretty top heavy when you put a pot with water on top!
