I have searched high and low for the best caramel sauce - I wanted something that tasted like what I get when I go to the big chain store for an iced caramel macchiato. I've had my home espresso machine for 7 years and could not find a good caramel sauce - till now. THIS IS IT! It is perfect - not too sweet and it sinks to the bottom into little chunky globs of goodness. I hate the runny sauces that dissolve in my drink. This is thick and creamy and spectacular.
