I should deduct a star for the fact that I've occasionally gotten 1 in a box that had no cream. But if you're gluten intolerant these are nothing but a blessing. Especially if you were a Twinkie fan, which I can't even say I was. Friends who eat gluten also think these are delicious.

OK - I admit - I used to eat Twinkies. I know it's garbage food but they are sooooo good! After learning I had to go gluten-free I really did miss my occasional Twinkie. These Katz GF Vanilla Crème cakes are now my occasional splurge. I no longer miss Twinkies. These are absolutely delicious and probably better.

These are clearly made to be similar to Twinkies. I think they taste better and a bit more dense. They're supposed to be kept in the freezer and defrosted in the fridge. Be sure to allow a longer time than you would expect to bring them to room temperature, even if they have just been sitting in the fridge.
