The media could not be loaded. Just received product. However, it arrived missing screws so I'm unable to put it together.
Update: We purchased screws from Home Depot and were able to put together the easel. The only other draw back is the width of the wooden stick provided to hold the paper roll, it's almost too short for the roll holders and has to be inserted carefully to keep the roll in place. Otherwise, it's perfect for my little guy. He's 2 and has just begun to take an interest in writing/scribbling. This is perfect for homeschooling and interactive instruction. I'd definitely buy it again. However, I wouldn't purchase the suggested replacement rolls of paper, as they're too big for the easel. I'm thinking of adjusting the paper roll so it can fit the 18" standard paper roll I purchased.

After seeing my initial review, the company reached out to fix my negative experience. I'm glad this is a company that stands behind their product even at a time like this.

The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to put the easel together on my own. I love that the "chalk" is more like a crayon and doesn't leave dust everywhere. It's easy to wipe off and my son used it on both sides of the easel. Happy with my purchase!
