I have suffered from insomnia, depression, and anxiety for years. I gave this a try. Well even at one pill, it definitely made me sleep. But too much. The next day I slept all day, was groggy and even more depressed and couldn't function. I'm sure it's great for a lot of people, but just definitely be aware of your health condition before giving it a go. Maybe try it on a weekend. But I still think it's a good product, just not for me :-(

I never understood what the saying sleep like a rock meant until I took these. I had complete muscle relaxation and woke up refreshed. I took these about 45 minutes before I went to bed and could not stay awake no matter what I tried to do. I have been using these the nights after 8 hour snowboarding days and I noticed decreased soreness/stiffness the day after. All in all product works great so far. Hopefully I do not grow any tolerance as I love how deep the sleep is!
