The product came exactly as shown, and even with a handwritten thank you note! I like that the product is made out of bamboo, which is sustainable. I have had one in my shower with my shampoo bar for over a month now with no trouble. It's still perfectly clean. On the other hand, I gave one to my parents to use. It was in their shower for a week and a half and got a good bit of mold on it. My mother cleaned it a few times over with some difficulty and I can still see black marks. So I think placing the holder in the shower where there is good air ventilation is important. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.
