I love this thermostat. It works wonderfully.
I use it in a small greenhouse (57" x 57" x 77" center height). The greenhouse is standing alone in my backyard away from the house. I have a 1500watt oil-filled radiator style space heater and a fan plugged into the hot side and an 8" inline duct fan plugged into the cool side. I've played with temperatures depending upon various factors. Right now I have the hot side set for 72F with a 1F (1 degree Fahrenheit) difference. So if the temperature drops to 71F, the hot side turns on and stays on until it's hot side temperature probe senses a temperature of 72F. I have the cool side set for 77F with a difference of 4F. In the middle of the afternoon, when the sun is heating the greenhouse, the 8" inline duct fan (720CFM) turns on when the inside temperature reaches 81F and turns off when the inside temperature reaches 77F.
Before I bought this thermostat, I read other reviews that said the unit was hard to program and I almost bought something else because of that. As it turns out, this thermostat is VERY easy to program. The settings are somewhat cryptic, but once you learn which ones you need it's extremely easy to program.
There is one feature that I wish this had. I want a switch that I can push, or toggle to forcibly turn on the hot side or cold side occasionally. Occasionally, I have needed to turn on the heat or the blower at times when the temperature wasn't such that it would turn on. For example: occasionally the outside temperature is too cold for the hot side to maintain its temperature. This forces me to add some additional heat with a kerosene heat source. By morning, after a really cold night, there is often too much carbon monoxide in the greenhouse. It would be nice to be able to flip a switch to force the cold side to turn on and exhaust the CO. When I was testing different heating configurations -- I use a Delay on Make switch to delay the fan start when the heat side turns on -- the temperature would always exceed the set temperature and turn off the heat side. It would have been nice if I could have forced the heat side to turn on and stay on for a period of time.

I've had pretty decent results with this device so far. I had a problem that I thought was a malfunction of an outlet which was just user error. If you're using both heat and a humidity probes at the same time, there's only two outlets. So, you have to alter the settings to be in heating or cooling mode or humidification or dehumidification Modes individually. Not remembering that at a critical point can really damage your goodies if you're not paying attention.
I use for grow room, very awesome.

I will recommend watching you tube. Instructions are vague. Once you know what it does, it does it well. Time will tell, but I've bought 2. 2 rooms.
I set mine to run a dehumidifier if it hits target i set, and fans to exhaust heat when needed.
Best thing is the ability to choose, if you want something to turn on , or off..... very cool.

Works great, good customer service, poor instructions

I'm using this to control both humidity and temperature for fermenting sausages. I've got a mini fridge plugged into the temperature port and a humidifier plugged into the humidity.
The instructions are a head scratcher; I recommend watching the videos in the Amazon reviews, which are helpful. When I set it up the first time, the fridge and humidifer weren't shutting off at their set temperatures. I emailed customer service (on Christmas Eve) and they responded same day to clarify that "work 1" outlet is for heater/ cooler, the "work 2" outlet is for humidifier/ dehumidifier. This information was not stated anywhere in the instruction manual, but is obviously important! Once I switched the plugs, it worked brilliantly, and temp and humidity are stable in my fermentation chamber.

Perfect Controller for My Repurposed Fridge "Cheese Cave"
Kwestionator✓ Verified Purchase•September 2, 2023
I inherited an old analog Johnson Controls power controller to manage temperature for a repurposed refrigerator to be used as a "Cheese Cave" for my homemade cheeses. However I also needed to regulate the humidity so I purchased the Inkbird 608T dual work/load programmable controller which came with a temperature probe and a humidity probe. Instructions where easy to follow. I programmed and installed the unit and it works exactly as advertised and as I expected. When I read most reviews prior to purchase there were no examples for what I wanted to do for my "Cheese Cave". This unit is the perfect controller for my type of temp/humidity management needs!
