Got this for my sons 2 year birthday. He absolutely loves it!
It has to many great features like the cute animals, all of the rhythm beats and a learning feature, so the keys light up and the child can follow along. I also like that the keys are labeled to help learn the keys.
Volume? I haven't figured out how to turn down the volume. There is a volume button, but doesn't seem to work with the piano just the microphone.
My only big issue is the chair... lmao, if my son sits in the chair the keyboard is over his head, ok more to his eye balls... it's ridiculous. But we love the piano so much and he just stands and dances anyways.... it's not a big deal.

The piano keys you can control the volume. The microphone had no volume control and it's very loud. The microphone really needs to have a volume control on it. The animals that move when you play are super cute, but the movements that make are really loud and gets in the way of the music you're trying to play or listen to. Thankfully you can turn this feature off and just use the piano. But why would you want to cute that neat feature off! It's neat watching the animals move to your music, but they are too loud to enjoy. Super easy to put together and it really is a great piano for little ones!
