I purchased matching pajamas for my family for Christmas and they are very cute! My 2 month old fit into the 6months size perfect. I'm so glad his size was out because the larger size ended up working out great. Our petite 7 year old got a size 10 and it fit her perfectly for her size now. I would say definitely size up for kids. The womens medium, mens large was more true to size and everyone looked adorable in our matching pjs. I did notice that the bears are highlighted to match the person like mom, dad, child, and the baby has just one bear. Our 11 year old got womens size and ended up being highlighted as a momma bear but it was no big deal

I bought this for the entire family as an outfit for our Xmas card. For the adults I bought a size up and they fit fine. But the kids are very tight. I would suggest buying a size up for the children as well.
