Using these Adapter's in-line with an existing misting set up is a Very Intelligent way to modify a spray pattern. I'm ordering more.

Used "Misters" on a soon to be replaced, Aged A/C Condenser Coil that was situated Somewhere It Shouldn't Have Been Placed, e.g., In a Not Shaded Spot in the Extremely Hot Texas Sun.

My "Misters" prevented that old,rapidly approaching obsolescence, A/C, to do a passible job...one last season... so it could be replaced "out of season" & At A MUCH LESS Expensive Price.

Very impressed with the quality. They put out a very fine mist that was perfect for the coils on my air conditioning unit. YouTuber testimonials say this will reduce my cooling cost by 25 to 30%.

2 1/2 months later. Many asked about the orifice size. So far, only people mistaking the 1/4" tubing size (supply) for the orifice size. For people that need to know, I plan to go to a welding supply and get an inexpensive torch tip cleaner set. I will edit when I have measured the orifice size, since I'm curious, myself. Two people commented when I said I was going to use RO, reverse osmosis, water because I was still getting mineral buildup, even with a calcium filter. They did I understand why I would need a pump. RO water reservoirs are only pressurized at 7 to 10 lbs. RV / Marine pumps typically put out 40 lbs, which works great with my initial setup. PLEASE! If you are going to build a condensing unit misting system, BE WARNED, an HVAC technician friend told me that the mineral buildup on the coils will eventually eliminate any benefits you receive from cooling the coils. (decreasing the heat transfer rate) Descaling aluminum fins is difficult and expensive. You must have mineral free water, or you will destroy your coils!

Worked great as replacements for my Mistcooling nozzles. The old nozzle housing/holder were very difficult to separate from the supply lines. These new ones have push release that work very well. The nozzles also apparently have a larger diameter hole. The size of the mist cloud is bigger and stronger with these new ones. I replaced 10 old Mistcooling nozzles with these and they worked great.
Cheaper than Mistcooling replacement parts too.

Just received these and extremely easy to install and didn't even need to look at directions because I saw video before purchasing. Absolutely love them for my plants on my porch and they are all smiling now! Plan to order more and follow through with a misting system for me and friendsðŸ˜
Only semi-con I have is the distance isn't 3 feet but I also put about 4 on one 1/4 tubing length of 4' which might be why. Haven't had a chance to play with them much either yet.
I strongly suggest with any misting outdoor system but especially LV, NV where they have very hard water to use a filter and flow restrictor to prevent clogging of misters and even flow. If they clog (all misters will clog eventually) just remove brass mister (No need to disconnect other parts or replace) just soak in vinegar to unclog and then they are ready to go again.

Not sure about the two end caps enclosed. Even warmed the ends of 1/4 tubing but could not fit in. Not a problem because i have goof plugs from my kit that work great at ends of tubing. Also found just bending tubing over at ends and clamping or a rubber band wrapped around several times until tight works fine.

I bought these misting nozzles at the start of summer and I'm so glad I did! They're a great way to stay cool on a hot day. The difference in temperature feels about 20-30 degrees when paired with a fan.

The nozzles are easy to install. I took a quarter inch drip line, cut into the length I wanted to misters to be set apart and inserted into the misters. Turned on the water at the faucet (with a quarter inch to hose adapter) and voila, mist.

I've been using these nozzles for a few months now, and I'm really happy with them. They're a great way to cool down on a hot day, and they're also a lot of fun for the kids to get and/or remain wet.

I would definitely recommend these misting nozzles to anyone who is looking for a way to stay cool on a hot day. I'm not too sure just how much water I use when they're on, I haven't really seen much of an increase in my water bill.
