While our diaper trash claims to keep odors in, every time we open it we catch a whiff of days old diaper smell. These deodorizers are small and compact and fit well in our Ubbi pail under the bag. They do a good job of masking the smell, however they need to be replaced often cause they loose their freshness after a couple weeks.

So I bought the UBBI trash can, bags and these for our nursery. I put one of these at the bottom of the can. Can't really smell the diapers, unless the lid to the can stays open or the bag has been in there for a while. Get a real big whiff of the puck when I pull the bag out of the can (which it's very pleasant in the moment when it mixes with dirty diapers). It's been in there for two months and is still going strong. So I feel like it's at least a bang for your buck cause each one seems to last a while.
