Each year around this time I become 'a magical elf' transforming our studio at work into whatever theme is decided with little to no budget... this year the big boss wanted a 'cozy cabin' theme... at first I was going to literally build a mantle out of wood but as time got closer and the more complicated it seemed considering I have NO woodworking or engineering experience I had to turn my creative brain on... I think this is the best standup workstation, especially for the money. And it looks great too. Much nicer than those tabletop contraptions and more affordable than the desks. I have been working from home exclusively since the lockdown, and sitting all day was killing me. I missed the sit/stand desk at the office. I am so happy that I found this table!
I'm 5' 6", and the height is perfect for me. Plenty of space for a large laptop and second monitor. It's very sturdy and stable.
When I set mine up, my husband was immediately jealous so I had to buy another one for him! He is about 6' tall. It may be a little short for him, but so far he uses the stool more than I do and it is working fine. (He isn't used to the standup idea yet.)
In summary, I love this table. Very good looking, functional, and lightweight but sturdy. Oh, and at the end of the work day I put away the computer and we have a nice little table for happy hour! Get the matching stools!
