I bought this bag for my daughter to send with her to the childcare where she attends while I work there. Parents have to send breakfast, lunch and 4 snacks everyday. I bought meal prep containers for her breakfast and lunch and then quickly got sick of hauling them in a plastic bag or my work bag where everything would get jostled around or break open. I wanted something cute, but big enough to hold the meal prep containers with room for other snacks as well. I quickly fell in love with the purple floral print of this bag online and ordered it despite the conflicting dimensions. Amazon listed the dimensions different than the seller so I was unsure if the width would be big enough for my containers. I was very happily surprised when I received the bag! The colors are gorgeous, the zipper is a nice quality and I was happy to see that it was lined to keep things cool too (not somthing I was looking for, but a very nice bonus). I am very happy to report that this bag holds 2 of my 6.5"x10" containers perfectly with room for probably 1 more or for my use room for the snacks my daughter needs. You will not be disappointed with this bag! I am a very happy customer.

I bought a similar bag last year, and immediately ordered several more because they are so multipurpose. This bag is very well made of quality materials. I use them for cosmetics, supplements, prescriptions, garden seed, craft supplies, dog and cat treats. This bag comes in many colors and patterns so once I assign one for dog treats, I remember it's color/pattern and can select it from other bags in the pantry. The insulation is sufficient to keep my cosmetics, prescriptions, cool in the trunk when I travel, and keeps my garden seeds cool when I'm in the yard planting. The outer pocket is perfect to keep articles, lists, instructions that correspond to the contents. They are big enough for my needs and no matter what I put in them, they're light enough for me to carry.
I do use them for food when I'm going out for a day of errands; sliced apples, peanut butter, bananas, protein bar, bottle of water, all stay cool and keep me going. I run the passenger seat belt through one handle so the bag doesn't fly around when I have to stop or round a corner quickly. I recommend using zip bags to prevent leaks.
