I use it to replace the broken webbing of my older ratchets. The hook end needs to be sewed on, I already had a needle and thread for splicing rope for that. Ratchet straps are like new and stronger than originals now.

I purchased this to make a new hold-down strap for the battery box cover on my trailer. I had previously purchased webbing at Joann Fabrics and within six months it was faded and starting to shred and come apart due to exposure to the elements. So far, 8 months later, this webbing still looks like new!
Since then I have also used it on some tire covers I made for another trailer which I use with my tractor. This is some thick, heavy webbing! If you are using a basic home sewing machine, take your time going through this. It will do it, just don't rush. I like this webbing and will buy more for future projects.

Twice the thickness of standard Bimini straps and it has a much better feel to them due to the materials feel and its weight. Very easy to work with, I've hand sewn loops pretty easily.
I'm going to upgrade some of my stainless ratchet straps with this webbing. I have even chose it over paracord for a few random things.
