Almost useless after 2 years!

I bought this in July 2021. In the beginning, it was a good product. I can definitely charge multiple devices (phones, headphones) multiple times. However, the battery life has degraded quickly. Now, it cannot even charge my iPhone 13 Pro Max from 10% to full.

I haven't tested the charging capacity to see if it's really as much as they claim, but it was perfect for my needs.
I like that it can be charged either with a lightning cable or with a standard micro cables. The USB-C is for charging devices. All cables are clearly marked as in or output.
My only criticism is that there are three standard USB cables and only one USB-C cable for charging devices. These days, there are more USB-C than standard USB devices. One of those ports should've been an additional USB-C.
Other than that, fantastic charger. Did its job well.

This has got to be easily the best bank I own. The only thing with more power would be a much larger Inverter or generator! It can even charge my MacBook Pro in a pinch, none of my other banks even have the power to do that. It truly fast charges which is amazing on the go. Make sure you charge it well in advance; it takes awhile since it carries so much energy!
