BEST TASTING

I purchase this for my brother who is in a care home. It's his favorite flavor and he loves it. He's tried all the flavors and this is his favorite. He is constantly vitamin deficient and he feels the Vitamin Water helps to replenish what he's missing. He likes all the flavors but this is his absolute flavor. Also, it's a drink he can have at his care home. Individual servings are much better than larger bottles for him.
Enjoyable drink

My friend likes this and it is usually purchased at the local grocery store, the size makes the purchase here more of a value
Oh so good

I am not a big drinker with just plain water but I have no problem at all drinking these. They are very favorable and good for you. It's a win win.
A decent compromise for my teenage son

I've been able to keep sodas out of my kids' hands 98% of the time, but now that they are teenagers -- and their friends are downing coffees and Mountain Dews and even energy drinks -- it's getting increasingly hard to appeal to their education and knowledge of just how bad HUGE SUGAR DUMPS are to their still little bodies.

I kept them happy with seltzer water for many years -- but now they don't want carbonation. We moved on to Hint water (which I personally loved) and that appeased them another few years. But NOW? My son especially is getting more and difficult to appease.

He drinks his milk diligently at breakfast and dinner, so I'm very grateful about that, but LUNCH and during the day in the summer -- that's when it gets touch. Water with lemon just won't cut it anymore. Vitamin Water is our current compromise.

Each 20 oz bottle has 24g of sugar, is it's about the same as a Coke. But it's 20 oz rather than Coke's 16 ozs, so it's technically a little less. With it's screw top, he rarely drinks the entire thing at once -- so he's getting even less than he would if he opened up a can, like a Coke, and would feel compelled to "finish it" (plus the loss of carbonation that involves too.)

And best of all, he really DOES get a huge load of extra vitamins.

Does most of it probably just go out through his urine because he eats tons of vegetables and esp. fruit? Sure, probably. But it's sure as heck better than handing him a soda! So ... both Mom and Son and happy. At least until he gets tired of this drink and we have to start all over!

****** VITAMIN WATER ****** : I'd love it if Vitamin Water could come up with a formula that at least DECREASES the sugar content through a combo of Stevia and something else (as I know Stevia alone is too bitter to be a straight replacement for sugar. But TY also for not using corn syrup!)
Good drink for sports

Initally got this from the vending machine in my gym and it was very good. So I got them on Amazon at about $1 per bottle compared to the $2.8 in vending machine. They have a very natural taste and should help keep my eletrolyte up when exercising. Now I prefer them over Gaterade because they taste nicer.
