For the past forty five years I have been using an old cast iron Jepson chop-saw that weighed a ton and only cut vertically. At 74 years of age I was having issues with lifting that beast onto my trucks tail-gate. I could do it but with extra effort. This new DeWalt chop-saw is light weight and easy to maneuver around a work area. I also like the extra features that are built-in, such as the compound cutting angles and the work clamp. Most all of my power tools, corded and cordless, are DeWalt or Milwaukee.

I bought this and another set of tools and with them, I've repaired multiple items around my home! I've helped my aunt and uncle with them, I even used them to redo the floor in my own home!
