I was skeptical that these would taste different than regular rice glass noodles and can't find any organic of those so I had to get these. They taste great and no off taste. To me it's the same. A little more pricey but I use them for spring rolls and I'm too lazy to make them too often, so not too bad haha.

I am currently on an AIP diet and these were recommended in a group. They are absolutely delicious. I boil them for 6 minutes, drain, and give them a quick rinse. If you like a chewy noodle these are for you! I eat them with a nomato sauce I made but can't wait to try them with other sauces.
