Although I've only been using this hair supplement for 5 days, I've noticed a significant difference in hair shedding. I am a 53 yr old women struggling with menopausal hair thinning. If I am noticing a difference in less than a week, I'm excited and hopeful that it will bring only more positive results in a few months. This is my second bottle of these and it has kept my hair healthy so that it can grow. I must say it seems to work faster than the hair, skin and nail vitamins I have used in the past. If your hair is healthy with no split ends it will grow, this helps prevent them. Great product.
