Battery arrived with no charge, but filled to 100% in the usual time. I saw that other sellers were slightly cheaper, but beware. The others were not certified dealers and when it comes to this expensive battery, that makes a difference. The Main Supply Company is a very reliable, reputable business. I bought an inogen warranty plan from them and its been worth every penny. They saved me over a thousand dollars last year. Highly recommend doing business with them for any of their products

Based on appearance the battery appears new although there was no paperwork. It could have been wrapped in a more padded envelope/box. Went to charge it and it was fully charged. Transaction was timely

I bought this battery with the understanding (per description) that it would last much longer than the 2 hour battery that I now use. Received battery, charged it and installed on my Inogen G4. Lasted 2 hours just like the one I have. Ad needs to specify hours at rate of which setting. Setting 1 (so many hours), setting 2 (so many hours, and setting 3 (so many hours). It will be used as a back-up and I'm not displeased with the product, I'm displeased with the advertisement.
