We bought these two months ago and have loved having them. They are part of our behavior plan for our special needs teenager, and they were working great for improving our morning routine up until a week ago, when some neighbors apparently purchased a similar intercom system. Despite consistently changing our channel, they seem to keep finding their way back to our channel and crossing over to our intercom. We live in a very rural area and have no clue as to where this neighbor lives, either, because all the closest neighbors have only daughters or younger children, and the neighbors in the intercom have older boys, so the system is picking up much farther than we could imagine possible. Otherwise, the system has been easy to use, and we've been especially pleased with the monitor option. If we could figure out how to permanently avoid our neighbors' interference, we'd give it a five star rating.

I purchased three (3) of these units, of them only two (2) powered up initially. There is a short either in the powered USB plug, or cord or at the adapter end plugging into the unit. You have to find the sweet spot to get the unit to stay on.
Overall the intercom features, sound and functions work great for the application we want to use these for. I need a replacement unit.
