I was able to assemble the chair without any assistance, although, having a second person would have definitely helped with a couple of the steps. Took me a little over 30 minutes from start to finish. The instructions were clearly and precise. As far as the chair's comfort, it's better than the previous computer chair that I owned as the padding is perfect for my needs (although my wife thinks the seat padding is too stiff for her...but the chair is mainly for me anyway). The Bluetooth speaker works well and can get very loud. I do like that the speakers aren't pointing directly in your ear and is on the other side of the chair and yet still provides good clarity. The battery in the receiver is pretty wimpy as it is rated to only last about 4 - 5 hours. I purchased a 3rd party Bluetooth receiver that lasts for over 50 hours on a charge. I also like that the chair reclines really far back (kinda like how a car seat can recline far back). I don't foresee a circumstance where I would want to lean that far back but I do like the option and the lever to move the position is easy to adjust.

Anyway, there are a couple of things that I'm not satisfied with but by no means are they deal breakers. The first is that I wish there was a bit more padding in the arm rests. The padding is currently a soft rubbery like material but I guess I've been spoiled by other chairs that have a thicker pad that has the level of squishy-ness that I like. At some point I may buy a pair of arm rest pads to go over these. The other thing I have a problem with is the face that the chair seat doesn't sit directly centered over the hydraulic base to the wheels. Instead the based is more towards the back of the chair. The issue with this is when you want to scoot your chair forward that it requires a bit of conscience effort to move so without tipping the chair forward. Usually the bottom of the chair is centered above the hydraulic lift which makes sliding back and force effortless and without a shift in balance during movement. One last thing worth mentioned is that the chair had a really awful smell from the manufacturer. I don't know what kind of chemicals they use during the manufacturing process but this thing had a terrible odor that simply refused to go away. During the times that I wasn't actually sitting in the chair I would take it outside and leave it there overnight to try to air this thing out. It took about 4 days to finally get that smell out.

Chair is heavy but has great lumber and neck support. Seat material makes it easy to wipe clean after I spill my coffee on it

Since the covid outbreak I have been working from home. I sit at a horseshoe shaped desk with 3 separate computer systems and 2 different telephone systems. Right now I work 5,10 hour shifts a week but in 2 weeks I will be doing 6,14 hour shifts every week until January. MY BACK IS ALREADY SCREAMING. My son is a "gamer" he actually does game design, he kept telling me to get a gaming chair. To me most of the chairs look alike and the ones with the best reviews tend to cost an arm and a leg, but he did the research and said this chair was a great deal and a good chair. I ordered it on 10/26 around 3 pm. my confirmation said I would receive it between 11/1 and 11/09.... Surprise! Fedex delivered my chair 10/28 at 8:30 in the morning. The 50 lb box had a small rip in it but all the pieces were pristine and everything was in the box. The directions suggest 2 people are best to do the assembly, the one time a extra set of hands would have been extremely useful is when putting on the arms (they are fairly heavy and you need to prop the seat bottom up while installing the screws) from start to finish it took me about 45 minutes to put it together. I like the fact that the seat, arms, and lift pieces have stickers on them to identify the front/left/right. Now this chair is WONDERFUL, reclines easy, I found out that the arms not only adjust up and down but also swivel left to right (FYI.. when attaching the arms on the bottom you have about a 2 inch space to slide the arms in or out, I installed them as far out as they would go and had to lay the chair back down later and loosen the screws and push the arm rests all the way in, the seat is VERY generous in width, and I am short, my arms did not reach the rests comfortably when they were all the way out) I charged the BT adapter for about 2/3 hours before using it and the reviews are true about the volume these speakers have. I have a pinched sciatic nerve so I ordered a seat cushion to add (see pic) I don't need to use it yet the cushion is very full and thick for now. I also ordered arm cushions (THOSE WERE NEEDED) the arms are curved inward so your arm fits into a grove but they are that super hard unforgiving plastic (that is the worst thing I have to say about this chair) some people my not like the lumbar pillow but I have a BAD back and that pillow is heavenly to me, but it's detachable so no big deal. I am 5"5" and when the seat is raised to it's highest point only my toes reach the floor. I attached pictures everything was received in perfect condition for 140.00 bucks if this chair gives my back some relief for a year, I will have considered this a win.
