Bought this as a birthday gift for a 10 year old. She had gotten a different set with nail polish and stickers already for her birrhday and the nail polish was all dried up so she couldnt use it. This set is great. It comes with 2 bright colors and a top coat. There are several stamps to choose from and you can get refill packs. I helped her this first time but she will have no trouble doing her nails on her own. This is not salon quality but i think a good buy for the age group.

I am giving this a 5 star rating for its easy use, good instructions, and final result but especially because of the enjoyment on the recipient's face. As a special aunt to the recipient, I was thrilled to find a gift that was such a hit from the start! When asked at the end what she would rate it, she said a 4 but only because she was worried about needing more polish before the designs were used up and she would like another color or two. Otherwise she felt it was a 5.
She was able to read the directions on her own. Although there were 4 generations watching her with this present, she needed minimal guidance as a first time user. She won't need help next time. We started with squeals of excitement when she saw the box. She was familiar with this brand. (I will search their other products for gifts to other children in the family). She loved the bag and talked about how pretty it was. She would have been happy with only the bad! Next she checked the length of her nails using the diagram provided. She even checked to be sure she had all the parts! (This was unprompted; she must have had issues with other toys she has received). She expressed concerns that she might need refills of polish. She let her Mom paint her nails (blue) because "Mom does a better job". Then she stamped her nails using two different design cartridges. It was easy to load and unload the cartridges. She loved the final product and can't wait to use with her friends!
Her mom loved it because it was a great toy and no batteries were needed. She plans to buy this for the birthdays of her daughter's friends. I will definitely buy a few more for the holidays gift drives.

My 6 year old daughter saw a video with a girl using this and of course she wanted it. We got it for her birthday and she made me do her nails immediately. We have tried other nail kits before and honestly they were all terrible so I figured this would be the same as the others. I was wrong! It actually works like its supposed to!!! Unbelievable.

It comes with 2 nail polishes, blue and purple, 5 options for the patterns and the stamper device. It also contains a pretty zippered bag to store all of the stuff in. The nail polishes are small but the liquid is thick and you are only supposed to do a THIN coat on the nail. Don't worry, one thin coat of this stuff actually covers the nail properly.

You paint the nails with the thin coat and wait only 3-5 minutes. The polish will be sticky and that is what you need to adhere the patterns to the nails. Next, you slide the pattern that you want into the stamper, and put one finger in at a time. There are directions for finger placement so check that. You then push down VERY FIRMLY, more than you think, on the top button. Inside this stamper is a rubber end that comes down and pushes the pattern onto the nail. You need to press it down very firmly so that the pattern gets into the rounded sides of the nails. You won't hurt your child. My six year olds fingers are obviously tiny and pressing down hard didn't bother her at all. After all the nails are stamped, you apply a top coat. Once that dries and hardens, you are good to go. On my child it lasted about 5 days before it started peeling.

I already know that she will want this again once we use up all the polish and patterns. I would actually get it again and for gifts since we finally found something that works.

This is very easy to use. Comes with 2 color polishes & a clear top coat. 5 different stamps.
She can use this on her own, without help its super easy to use. Also very happy it doesn't require any batteries.
Would i pay $25 again for it? No. It'll probably last a long time, we just got it today & used it once, but it seems cheaply made & I'm sure if i would of looked around a little bit, i could of found a similar item for cheaper.
The stamps didn't all apply that great, & i had to try multiple times. Some of them you can't even tell what they are. But she is only 3, so tiny fingers could be the issue also.

Very cute kit, my daughter was waiting for this for a long time and worked on her chart to complete and earn it. It came today and immediately used it, we did our nails together so it wa sa sweet bonding moment. Very easy for her to use, simple steps and fun stickers. Only con is the stickers don't actually transfer fully into the nails. I attached some images that show a close up where it doesn't cover perfectly like it shoes in the box, thats why I gave 4 stars. Still cute enough to get the kit though.
