Took away one star because you have to pull really hard to get the towels out. There's no slide. But otherwise this is perfect if you don't want plastic or metal in your home guest bathroom. We got this because we wanted one Covid-safe bathroom for guests to use when they come over for outdoor, socially-distant visits. Cloth hand towels are a big no no. With this type of paper towel dispenser, good hand soap, etc, we're feeling like we've got a good solution

Overall its OK. Being wood some and painted, the corner seams are not perfect since the wood has dried out a little but not bad at all. I use it in the 1/2 bath for guess and the grandkids. It could be made not as wide or as deep since the multifold towels are made smaller. The height is good. The front of it is plain white and large enough that you could place stencils on it or paint on some decoration to give it character and color.
