While I cannot comment on this product in isolation, I can state that I've used it with two other products to help my 79 year old father with edema (swollen feet) after long covid. Anecdotal though this review may be I hope it can help others by giving a bit of incite if they suffer from the same.
Father was taking diuretic to help with the swelling and that stopped working after a couple months. Prior , he would wake up with normal size feet and then they would balloon up during course of the day. when the diuretic stopped working he would now wake with balloons for feet. I dug and found that tudca along with milk thistle and annato-e were recommended to help the liver repair it's self. I put him on these three with a double dose of the annato-e and within two days I saw a slight reduction. I kept it up and within two weeks further reduction and within one month of this regiment his feet was normal upon waking each day and would only slightly swell through the day. of course he has to elevate his feet also just as the doc recommended. This is what I've used this product for I found that these three are great together with the annato-e being the most potent of the three as without it the feet do tend to swell more. look into the benefits of milk thistle it's a good product which is why I keep giving father all three.
