Nice variety and very filling. Tasty. You have to follow the directions and heat the water first so the food cooks correctly. It's a two step process. My favorite was the rice based meal. The semolina takes a bit of getting used to because of the consistency. If you eat it at work you will want to make sure you don't have any semolina showing in your teeth. ( I did). The taste is wonderful and I will buy again.

Tried the variety pack and is pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of each item in the pack. It has become tricky to find 'clean' instant meal options without any additives and Kapka does it without compromising on the quality. The flavor and texture of the prepared dish is delicious, authentic and true to taste, and impressive that it is instant. Portion sizes are perfect for one, though the upmas had enough to be shared by two. Highly recommend and would buy again.

I was surprised at how spicy these were. Delicious but not for the faint of heart. Let the spice packet soak a bit before cooking or the veggies will be a little tough.
