Great bag. Have carried it all over AZ and used it in golf cards as well. Performs as it should, no issues. I would purchase it again. In fact I may have to as my wife like it so much. UPDATE 7/12/2021. The clip to the shoulder harness broke after 20 or so rounds. Tried to contact the manufacturer and they have not gotten back to me. Was a great bag until now. Wish I could get the part replaced, really like the bag but for the price it should

Update 10/01/2021. The manufacturer finally got back to me and replaced the bag. 4 stars now as they did end up standing behind their product. Again love this bag this new one so far is holding up great.

Have had this bag for 3+ years. Zippers, hooks, handle and ball lid still work great. Use on my push cart (fits Ok) and on golf cart. Everyone that lifts up the bag says it is heavy for the light weight look. ?? Could be the 2 dozen balls and weather gear. Ya THINK!!

The Florida sun finally faded the color on my last golf bag, so I bought myself a new one. This one is perfect for me. I love the bright colors, the style, and the light weight. I particularly like the "snap-open" style of pocket for golf balls, easy and quick to get into.

Yet again, IZZO makes an excellent golf bag, with a thoughtful design. My previous bag was an IZZO product, which I loved. It was time to go for something with a few more features, though. This bag feels lighter than my previous one, but with the same solid build. The cooler pocket is a nice addition. I really like the felt lined pocket, for the cell phone/devices. The magnetic golf ball pocket is great for quick access, and with my game will be used often. The stand works effortlessly. The mechanism is now hidden from view, which looks nicer. I highly recommend this golf bag for the price, build, and features. Overall, it is a solid purchase!

I do like the bag. Lightweight and seems well made and hopefully durable. What I don't like is the poor customer service. Like some of you I followed the included instructions for the customized ball bag flap. They are supposed to send a customized ball flap that will replace the existing one. After 2 weeks I contacted customer service at Izzo. They don't have my submission. Wanted to know what name I submitted it under, color of the bag and through what webpage I submitted my information. (the webpage on the instruction sheet included with the golf bag! ) Gave them this info and they advised they would contact me with an update. Nothing to be heard. I think this is a scam and a come on. Not sure I would use this customized bag flap anyway and I didn't purchase this golf bag for this feature. Just letting you know so if you're on the fence about a bag (fathers day perhaps?) don't let the customized bag flap be your determining factor, cause you're not likely to receive it. Nice bag tho.

Edit: Heard from Izzo! They're out of stock (black). Might see personalized ball flap by July or August.
Welp, it's the end of August. No personalized ball flap and no response to 3 separate email inquiries. Seems a lost cause. As stated, I did not purchase this bag for this feature but if you do, don't hold your breath.
Today is October 18, 2021. Bag flap arrived. Too late for the golf season here in Wisconsin, but it did arrive.
