Great Coffee Pot

I got this to replace a porcelain infusion coffee pot I'd had for many years which unfortunately hit the floor and broke. I could not find that pot so took a chance with this one and am very happy with it. I like best the teak top which fits snuggly. Other reviews mentioned it popped off when pouring but I have not experienced that at all. It allows me to make great coffee which stays hot for about an hour or so and also looks nice on my counter.

I use this at work and keep it at my dest as a poor over for my coffee instead of sharing a pot with everyone at work. It holds a little over two cups of coffee if you fill it up all the way. I use triangle filters bc the coffee grinds will escape the metal mesh cylinder.

Despite this being a "coffee" pot I actually use it for tea. Shape is a bit odd but overall it's pleasant and nice. You can put tea in that little metal mesh and everything brews just fine. Lid is a bit awkward due to the shape, you have to really grip it to open.
Got it on sale but definitely feels worth the original price!
