Triggers work very well and it can fit a big phone with case on

Pros:
- The 4 triggers work very well and allow for thumb-hold players to compete with claw-hold.
- Fits very well my Galaxy S9+ even with a somewhat thick phone case on. I actually prefer to play with the phone case because it reduces the trigger distance to the screen, making the clicks faster.
Cons:
- The grip is too slick/slippery. Since you'll be holding your phone with your little and ring fingers against part of palm (because your middle and index fingers will be resting on the triggers and your thumbs on the screen) you do not have that great grip on your phone. So you cannot really play while laying down on the couch and such. Okay, I know that if you're going competitive you should be sitting on a desk, but I would still like it to have some sort of rubber around it or maybe just be bigger in general.
* I have not tried other mobile controllers yet and I'm not a professional player.

I bought this controller to play PUBG mobile and it works pretty great for it. My only issue is this is the second one I have had to buy and it's already starting to show signs of failure. I have broken the right index finger trigger on both and the second one still works but it's not like the left anymore. I mean I didn't expect much from a $15 controller but it would be nice if they were built a little beefier.

- Setting the controller down doesn't hit the triggers that then press the pads down on your phone. Aka doesn't accidentally trigger something (fire/reload) when I need to set the controller down.

- These controllers won't ever be totally silent but this one is LOUD as heck. Playing COD mobile, imagine pressing fire over and over, and if there's a loud sound it can get annoying. The sound comes from pressing a trigger.
- Awkward to set my phone up inside. Pulling down the controller to fit my phone in is harder than it should be.
Overall: I use it when I'm not around anyone.

Fits my Note 10+ with and with out a case, however I had better results without a case because of where the buttons hit on the curved screen with a case. Feels comfortable, in my had and have no problem holding onto it. I have a plastic screen protector on my phone and it doesn't seem to effect the sensitivity of the triggers too much but I don't want to take the protector off to test this but I did have an issue of holding the trigger to fire a gun, it would only shoot once and would read as holding the fire button down but it stopped doing that after I adjusted were the buttons lined up with the triggers. The rubber pad mechanism is a little loud and clunky when pressing the triggers so you won't be able to use it in a quiet place without everyone hearing you play. The hardest part about it is getting used to how it feels, customize the buttons to how you like and get used to it and it'll greatly improve your mobile gaming
