I was going to the Caribbean and had never been snorkeling so I thought the whole face option would be better for a beginner. This snorkel did not disappoint. It was easy to use and compact to fit into my book bag. It fit well I never had any water leaks or fog. A good snorkel at a reasonable price.

We were preparing for a family trip to the med and I realized that the things I wanted to do, swimming and snorkeling were things my 5 year old did not do yet. We ordered this mask a few weeks before departing on vacation. My son was excited to receive the mask in the mail. We went to the pool to try it out. He ran out of the locker room yelling, "let's go swimming!", put the mask on and immediately stuck his face in the water. This is a boy who does not dunk his head yet because he doesn't understand holding his breath. We have swma around countless times and he enjoys being able to see below the surface. I give him a thumbs up under the water and he gives me a thumbs up- he absolutely loves it. I never see water leaking in. The dive ball in the top of the snorkel works amazing to keep water out of the breathing tube and the GoPro mount works perfectly. I highly recommend this product.
I am unable to comment on the comfort as the mask does not fit my face. I do notice some marks on his face after swimming for 30-40 minutes with the mask. Probably because I overtightened it trying to ensure no water in his mask. But he has never complained about having it on.
