This is one of the better hemostats I've used. The teeth lock in very precisely and it has the ability to grip very fine objects. It easily rivals some of the higher quality hemostats I have at work, but at a much lower cost.

Believe it or not good hemostats are hard to find. I use these for fly fishing and they are great. Many of the comparable hemos online don't close all the way and are not able to grab small items like flies and tippet. That is not the case with these. The finger holes are large enough for my stubby fingers and the close/lock is perfect. Comparable hemos from a fly shop would be $30. I bought a second pair.

This is working great to quilt with. Much easier to hold a tack for quilting template while inserting the tack into the fabric. Love the colors. Makes seeing it quicker.
