There is nothing I dislike about it. I bought the steamer as a gift for my son in law. His job sometimes takes him away from home. He wanted a steamer for travel. My daughter is a research the product nut and found this one to be the best out there. So I bought it and she was right. He loves it! Works excellent and much better than a very expensive larger one he has at home. Great product at a great price point. You can't go wrong with this steamer!!

I bought this for my 13 yr old daughter because I do not trust her with an iron. She leaves her clothes in the basket for a week after taking it out of the dryer so her clothes are super wrinkled. When she was homeschooled it wasn't a big deal but now that she's back in public school, it's a big deal. She has used this several times and it is super easy and takes the wrinkles out nicely. Sometimes she does have to go over it 2 or 3 times but that's just because of how wrinkled it is. On a regular wrinkle straight out of the dryer, one time is enough. She can do a few shirts with 2-3 passes on one tank of water.

I had very little hope that this was going to really take away wrinkles in seconds, i was sooooo wrong!!! This literally cut my laundry time in half. I used to spend at least 2 hours ironing every week, not any more!!! It takes about 3 minutes to do a pair of dress pants and 5 minutes or less for a very wrinkled (like the kind you set on your backseat before piling in a ton of stuff on top of it and left it there for days wrinkled) blazer.

It's my first steamer so l don't have another to compare with. I still use it but l always expect a big mess of water splattered on the clothes lm steaming and the floor so put a towel down and am prepared but l wouldn't purchase again.

Easy to use right out of the box. I bought this at the recommendation of someone on Instagram. I always wanted a steamer for clothes but specifically bought this to do curtains - it is not good for that purpose. While it works, it should not be bought with the intentions of doing large jobs. Also, if I fill the water even CLOSE to the max fill line it spurts water everywhere so I have to fill about a half an inch below the max fill line for it to work properly which reduces an already small steamer to an even lower capacity. I would guess I get about 3 mins of steamer use per fill on this product.
