Originally purchased this band in November 2022. Love the thick leather and craftsmanship. I don't wear my watch while in the pool or shower. Leather is stiff when new, but will soften with wear. Recently, the buckle broke off the band (see pictures). While disappointed the band didn't last 1 year, I order another because I love the band.

Nice leather strap. I dont like the amount of taper it has though. I also dont prefer the metal end piece, I guessing why its there to keep it from fraying from weat but not my style. The sturdiness and build quality is solid. That makes it a solid buy overall.

This is my first Ritche strap and I'm impressed with the quality. The leather is considerably thicker than Barton, and the clasp and pins seem thicker and more robust as well. It's pretty stiff at first, but breaks in nicely. Looks great on a field watch!
Fits OK on my 6.25 inch wrist. I'm on the second to last hole, without too much extra sticking out. A shorter length option would be nice though.
Be aware that Saddle Brown is much lighter in color than it appears in the product pics. This didn't bother me at all, since I wanted something more like this color anyway.
