I was shocked at how tasty this tahini was! I'm pleased that it's made locally (to Boston, Mass), and reasonably-priced. The texture is light and pourable - for unclear reasons, it doesn't seem to separate and become two separate layers - which is a bonus in my book. It tastes fresh, light, a hint of sweetness, and just-right-amount-of richness. Definitely will buy more.
