Easy to use. Wear it and press a button on the phone. That's all you need to do. Don't know how accurate is it but readings make sense (unlike some cheap monitors and smart watches which show normal BP when you feel abnormal or vice versa).
very convenient

Update: Changed 2-star to 4-star. I still agree with point 1. Change of mind due to reading instructions again and realizing that I was lining up blue arrow, instead of side of white unit, to middle of arm. Now I have had an aborted reading due to failed connection only twice in over 100 readings. That said, I stopped doing triple reading sets on advice of cardiologist. If I want 3 readings, I take them individually. Readings can still vary widely but I can usually time them to my most recent activity or state of anxiety. I checked readings against multiple readings in doctors offices - they are either right on or pretty similar if I haven't changed conditions.
1. I agree with all the 1-star reviews complaining about need to enter PII into the app before it or the meter can be used. Startup instructions are wrong because you have to set up account before it will start.
2. First three days readings were all over the place. I developed a highly standard routine - same time relative to coffee, etc; easy chair with my arm totally relaxed in same position on a thick towel. Single readings were still highly variable between normal to extreme hypertension. Went to only doing triple readings, without moving my arm in between; readings sometimes very consistent, sometimes still too variable. Sometimes did two sets because readings of first set were so widely different.
3. Without ever moving my arm, at least 1/4 of the time it failed "to detect systolic pressure", at which point it quits. So, in a triple set it discards the one or two prior readings and you have to start from the beginning. This means that effectively about 1/3 of the time the system failed and I frequently had to do 3 triple sets to get one set of readings.
I'm taking it to my doctor's office this week to find out which readings made sense and then I'm returning it.

Sleek and easy to manage. Easily connects and submits my readings to the iHealth app on my iPhone. Readings have appeared to be accurate as I have been using it in between doctor's appointments. Love the cute pouch too! Would give five stars; but I take star off when directions read as if they were written by someone who needed additional guidance with grammar and punctuation.
