I am using these punches with thin mulberry paper to cut shapes to make 1/12 scale flowers and plants. Mulberry paper is very thin and delicate and doesn't cut cleanly with a punch, so I fold it to an 8 ply sheet for the best cut (plus its faster to make a bunch of each shape). The shapes always come out very clean, even the more detailed ones. The punches are small and it takes some force to punch through that many layers, which is hard on my hands. I use a heavy block to push the tiny plunger down, which works well.

Generally a good product for my needs. The sizes are great for my projects and they are indeed sturdy. However, after using the large circle cutter twice on one single sheet of cardstock it has decided to only work intermittently.
