Almost like XBOX

I'm a PS4 gamer, but got a new PC and started collecting games on there. I was going to get an XBOX controller to use on PC, because Microsoft, but saw this and decided to try it. I prefer corder controllers anyway.

It was immediately recognized by Windows 10 as an XBOX controller and fully programmable and useable in all the games I have that allow controller use on PC. So far it's been sturdy, but I found out one thing...

I hate XBOX controller design. Lol. So I searched, and behold! This company makes a PS4 style version as well. It's awesome. I've been using that one for awhile now and it's still going strong. As with all controllers with time, and wear and tear, these will last if you take care of them. They feel flimsy, compared to a pro XBOX controller or pro PS4 controller, but they're not. These are sturdy. Unless I just got lucky.

I'm not knocking my review down, just because I hate the XBOX controller design. I used these for awhile before I got the PS version, and these handled great.

I'm happy I got these. Even if they're for backup now.

I got this to replace an old controller that was no longer being responsive, having a mushy RB and a couple buttons that required more pressure to register than it took to get the "snap". I have played a couple games with this new controller, maybe a couple hours total, and it has been much better so far. I also like that the cable for it can be removed, which makes it easier to avoid tangles. At only $20, it was an incredibly good value.

This controller is great for the price.
I had a pdp controller before I bought this and that was definitely better, but I didn't like how the buttons felt when I press down on them. This controller is has a softer press which I prefer, but the L and R buttons need a bit of work. Every time I press on them I sometimes press the bottom button at the same time messing me up on my games. Making the L and R buttons a bit harder to press would fix this issue or having the L and R stick out a bit further out would also do nicely.

Everything else is fine. It's comforting to hold while you play and has extra buttons, like the turbo button, which is nice of you every need to use it.

5 stars includes price and design; awkward at first but after a few hours gaming I'm VERY happy

This controller is good bang for your buck. At first, it feels very light and questionable quality because there is no heavy battery pack and the material feels less dense than, for example, an xbox 360 controller or a ps3 controller. BUT, the joysticks are solid and have a nice rubbery grip, and the buttons are firm and responsive. The comfort of the controller is fair, because for me personally I still have to stretch a little bit to reach the D pad quickly. The only major thing is the right joystick for aiming is very stiff when it comes to tiny movements like just getting that millimeter adjustment quickly, so it's not appropriate for pro or competitive shooters. But for casual or adventure games--in my case Assassin's Creed--it works brilliantly. The shoulder buttons also work well and seamlessly. PS: This review is based on owning it for one day and using it for about 4-5 hours of gaming, but I was impressed enough to write this review.

Best PC Gamepad For Your Money, By FAR

I've been using Xbox gamepads on my PC since 2006, and while they're nice, they are expensive to replace, the wired ones are hard to find (and also expensive), and I don't like how soft and easy to press the buttons are. So, after years of looking for a better one, I tried this IFYOO pad, mainly due to the price and that it was meant to be used wired and could switch from Xinput to Directplay.

The verdict? I like it better. Why? Main reason, and this is a BIG thing for me: The button, especially the directional cross pad, are significantly thicker, meatier, and harder to depress than the standard Xbox pad. I always had a problem with accidentally hitting buttons that my thumbs rested on with the xbox pad (My hands are big, which makes this a real problem), so I wanted a controller that took some real pressure to activate a button press, and this one fits the bill.

I do like how lightweight it is too. Feels good during long play periods. The plastic shell does feel a bit thin though, so I'd be careful about dropping it. Overall though, I'm VERY pleased.
