I love this bag and wish I would've bought it as soon as I went back to work! It's great for pumping gear and daily essentials. I do with the big pocket was lined with insulation to keep my pumping bottles cold. I use the fridge hack at work and the condensation from the ice packs melting moistens the inside fabric.

I love this bag for my diaper bag as an exclusively pumping mom. BUT the photos showed being able to have a spectra pump and the cooler bag in the bottom compartment together. With my spectra 1 it is not possible.

I have been on the hunt for an all-in-one work and pump bag. I keep both my Spectra S1 and my Elvie pumps, along with extra parts in plastic bags, in the bag and have enough room for my laptop and charger. There is not a ton of extra room, but can fit my wallet in the top as well. I cannot fix an extra cooler, but if I did not have my Elvie's, I probably could fit my small spectra cooler in there. Definitely worth it so far! I've been using this for 2 months and so far the quality is great.
