I actually love the concept of this mop. I was hoping I could get rid of my traditional mop. However I have doggies and they occasionally have a mishap on the floor and I have to mop. With my traditional mop once I mop it smells fresh. With this mop I noticed after moping these spots after the 3rd day I walked in the house and it smelled like pee. I immediately looked around and did not see any on the floor. So I got my traditional mop out and mopped the floor again. I didn't smell that anymore. Even after leaving home and returning I didn't smell it. So my thoughts are it is a great mop. Great concept. If you don't have dogs you probably won't have my experience. I could tell it was cleaning the floor. I could see dirt on the mop. This is the only reason I'm rating it a 4 star.
Works great.

It's very sturdy.
It takes a little getting used to.
We bought for our new tile floors.
Working great so far.
The instructions were easy to follow.

Great for light cleaning; not the best at tougher messes

Pros:
- Very nice and compact for small spaces
- Clever bucket design keeps wash water cleaner, squeegees the mop head nicely
- Light, easy to use
- Cloth heads will long outlast sponges (I bought this because they just stopped making sponge refills for my old mop)
Cons:
- The swivel head can be a bit awkward to position and lock to dip into the bucket
- Can't put much pressure on the outsides of the mop head so it won't clean up tougher dirt on the edges (such as against walls and cabinets) unless you bend down and put your hand on it
- The head in general doesn't have much scrubbing power at all. It's great for fresh spills and for your weekly mop of a fairly clean floor, but if you're a slob like me who mops less frequently, you're going to need a separate scrubber.

This turned out to be awesome!

First I will say that I was offered a promotion in exchange for a positive review. That made me question the other reviews. I decided to try the mop anyway, with the expectation that it would need to be returned. If you don't want to read to the end, I will tell you love it and will return the *other* mop I bought the same day instead. Here's my experience:
It was very easy to put together, even for someone like me who didn't do more than glance at the instructions. I am just under 5'2" and I can't imagine being much taller and using the handle provided, but it was ok for me. The system arrived with one of the mop pads already attached to the mop head.
The next step was to add water and cleanser appropriate for whatever type of floor you have. I used the same stuff I've used with other kinds of mops. I put a small amount of cleaner in the bottom of the clearly marked "wash" side, followed by hot water almost to the also clearly marked max level. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't fit the bucket in the kitchen sink to fill, but it was no big deal since the bucket was easy to lift in and out of the bathtub.
I carried the filled bucket into the kitchen and quickly figured out how to put the mop head parallel to the mop handle and stick it in the bucket. I realized that I should have filled the water all the way to max line. If you don't, one side of the mop (the part that is on the top going in) doesn't get wet. It didn't turn out to matter much because the water spread to the whole mop head as I used it.
One of the reasons I gave this a try (even though it reminded me of something like a Swiffer, which I've not had much luck with) is because I saw housekeeping at a hospital clean a patient's room with a similar mop, and I saw how the woman was able to quickly maneuver her mop through the room with excellent results. I was thrilled that this mop moved almost as easily and with great results. Really great results. I think it's cleaner and quicker than my steam mop. I think one reason this mop is more effective is the scrapers on both the Wash and Dry sides get some of the dirt off the mop before you go back to the floor.
When I was done with the kitchen, I used the Dry side to wring out the mop hands free. I wondered how the dry side was going to stay dry, but when I pulled the mop out, I saw that the water was diverted to the Wash side, which was a pleasant surprise. I ended up washing both the kitchen and bathroom in the shortest turn around time I've ever done it.
The last nice surprise was that there are drains for each side of the bucket. I thought that was a nice touch.
Pros:
Sturdier than it looks
Effective cleaning
Fast
Mop heads (2) are machine washable
Bucket light to carry, even full
Easy to dry floor after mopping
Good maneuverability
Drains in bucket
Use your preferred cleaner
Everything stores in bucket
Cons:
Taller people may need to crouch
Bucket may be too small for large floors

Wow! This mop and bucket are amazing and so easy to use. Surpassed my expectations - one of the best mops I ever had! I used it on my laminate and tile and it worked great. I was impressed at how simple it is to use and how well it works. I would definitely recommend this product! I love that it is small and you can carry it to any room works great on my wood floors and walls the size makes it east to store
