I'm replacing after SEVEN YEARS of service working like a dog as a nurse in the field only because the pleather carry handles have seen better days. Everything still works fine. No degradation of interior, telescoping handle, or wheels. Some scrapes to the lower edge from hauling up cement stairs. Enough room for a laptop files, bag of random electronics, charger and cables and I can stack my medical bag on top and use the telescoping handle as a brace for it. I love this bag and get a ton of compliments whenever it's rolling along with me.... So I'm back for another. :)

Pros: Stylish, received many compliments; Ample room for laptop and accessories; Fit under plane seat.
Cons: Heavy to lift when needed; Stiff but that could improve with use.
Suggested improvement: Wish wheels were spinner or pivot. Would make maneuvering much easier.

Based on other reviews, I really hoped that it would be bigger than expected and it was, which was exactly what I needed...large enough to fit a 5" thick expansion folder stuffed full of files and documents. I have had a smaller one--didn't expect it was that small--but have toughed it out for years, standing my expansion folder on its end to get it all in. Have these big files for court work all the time. I could do that easily with this one as it's even a bit wider. And this briefcase is sturdy to stand on its own and not tip over (with the handle hitting my shin) like the old one did.

I took out the laptop sleeve which is fixed with velcro and now I can fit a file that big, plus a couple of more things, and my laptop and cords--probably can't zip it up but it still all fits and it stays sturdy and grounded....no tipping.

The ONLY two reason I am giving it less than 5 stars is that the color of this one is just a tad orange for me. It's good, but it's not as brown as I thought, so it's not as neutral a business a color as I wanted, AND while it does have the small outside zipper pocket on the handle (that can fit a pen or two, paper clips and a few business cards), the bag could have had one more outside pocket on the front, to fit slightly bigger things that would have made it perfect.
The two pockets on the side are helpful as I can stuff a mouse or small water bottle in each, but I could still have used one more front pocket.

Funny I was going to take another star off since the handle was too short when I first used it, but alas I just hadn't pulled it out all the way, and once I did, which was smooth and easy, it's perfectly long too. So overall it's really a great bag. Maybe if the color thing is of concern to you, pick another color. There seems to be a lot of variety for this type of bag.

This bag is incredibly beautiful. Love it so much!

Holds good amount of my stuff, including a 17 inch laptop. I didn't want a basic black briefcase on rollers, I wanted some thing beautiful yet with the ability to clean since I work in healthcare, and I need to sanitize the bottom and the wheels.
