This product worked very well. I purchased Tena 7"x 12" classic wipes to use with it and Simple Truth 2.6 gallon trash bags to use in a waste basket. Also used another lined clean basket to store the clean wand between uses and variety of disinfectant and clear gloves.

The toilet paper kept falling off. Turns out there's a certain way to load the tissue. Once I read the instructions it worked great.
